I appreciate your interest. If you asking Vipassana Meditation kaise karna hai, candidly I am not qualified to teach this meditation. I am a practitioner. The only way is to register for Vipassana Meditation and attend the course. I am sure you know, it is completely free of cost. No charges for stay, food, meditation, etc. with best of the facility.
