What is vishing? Understanding this high-tech phone scam

Before returning a call from a phone number that’s called you, make sure to check it first to see if it’s from a source you recognize or not. Is it a VoIP phone number? If so, which provider registered the number? If you’re still not sure if it’s legit, don’t return the call. Here’s the first thing you should do: find out who is the wholesaler of the VoIP number.

Thank you for providing a name for what I already knew was happening. Among many other calls one company claiming to be Morgan & Morgan ... that's why I don't return the calls. "Voice Phishing" YEP!
