I had blood work done after taking Kratom for about 12 mos and my liver enzymes and every category of my liver blood count was out of control. I don't take any drugs and hardly drink alcohol except for occasions. Once I stopped, my blood work got much better, but be very careful!

Are you still stuck? 90gpd is a lot... My best advice (aside from rehab) is to get crushed WHOLE leaf, has the stem and vein in it. (Make a tea woth it and filter using a french press) At your own pace, start to replace the powder with crushed leaf tea, And then getting off the tea is 100x easier. The stem and vein have different alkaloids that will mitigate WD, also with the tea you won't be ingesting plant material which messes up the digestive tract. I'm going through it too, will include you in my prayers

You're taking far, far too much. Kratom works better when you use less. The plant contains antagonists as well which counteract the beneficial effects. Less is more. 15 grams a day should be most people's maximum.

I found kratom to be similiar-ish to weed, just brings you to that slowed down carefree state and/or boosts your mood. Only that weed is psychedelic and changes how you think and kratom is not, you dont really get "high" it is like a watered down version of weed (or opiate) high. However once you get a tolerance to kratom then the good days are over, now you need to take a dose to not feel like you are in a 60 year old body. Withdrawal is real and miserable experience (especially at nights).
