Just add a little water to the pan and you can steam the frozen meat. You don't have to microwave it. Steam in the meat is better than using the microwave

I love Addy, and she's correct about mustard. Mustard contains 2 antioxidants. 1) Sinigrin & 2) isothiocyanates. The isothiocyanates are in the oil that creates mustards strong taste. It has anti-cancer traits for breast, lung, and prostate cancers, allegedly. Also a high % of the population aged 12yrs + over (based on research, not set in stone) have a specific time of day when they feel the need for a drink or snack, which tends to be the same food/drink everyday, at approx the same time. It's been said , a persons endorphin levels rise due to enjoying their drink/snack, and it can help keep concentration levels stable, help with energy, and overall give a sense of wellbeing. A lot of schools here in the UK not only have a lunch break, some have an afternoon break too, where kids are given a quick snack of fresh fruit/fresh vegetables (not all schools though) ****Sorry for essay, just wanted to let Addy know she's right, and not to 2nd guess herself. She's such a sweet humble young lady. Researching is good, admittedly some things are rubbish online, but there are some good websites to grab facts from. You can cook frozen ground meat! You just flip, scrape off the cooked meat with a fork, flip, scrape, flip, scr… In a way it’s even better, since its easier to get it in small pieces and not big lumps - and it doesn’t risk getting “boiled” before it’s fried, like it can when you thaw it or cook to much in the pan at the same time.

ive seen a bunch of people say add water and steam the frozen meat but you can also just cook on low and keep flipping it over and scraping the heated part from the frozen part until all is thawed. no need to pre-thaw ground meat
