I only get to the web interface? How then to access the zabbix configuration files? restart the zabbix daemon, view logging, change the logging level, and so on. And can I cancel automatic version updates? I want to manage it myself.

If you want to manage it yourself, then you can install it on your VM or server or just use images from the cloud marketplace. Main advantage of Zabbix cloud is that you don't have to manage anything yourself.
