Positive Aspect for Qatar as World cup Host Please sir lemme quickly draw your attention to the Positive aspect for Qatar and Islam in the ongoing World cup sir from what we've seen and red so far. 1, Availability of Prayer area & Ablution in the stadium for the first time in the history of world cup. 2. Qatar guest centre prepared a team of 2000 people to spread Dawah and call people to Islam. 3. 500+ people converted to Islam since the beginning of the world cup. 4. Created Exhibition center explaining the history of Islam & all the prophets. 5. Alcohol will not be sold at the world cup's Eight stadium, fifa already announced. 6. Photos of the prophets (saw) hadiths & Quranic verses displayed around Qatar. 7. All hotel room has Barcode that introduce the teachings of Islam, hadiths & simple definition of Faith. 8. Microphones are put in Stadium for Azan. 9. They changed Muazzins & brought those with beautiful voices. All these are their own systematic way of also spreading Islam to the world through the World Cup.

When the Sheikh started.... He stated categorically that football isn't haraam in the Islamic Shari'iah.. Nonetheless, he now proceeded to accuse the modern footballing world of some things which happens in football nowadays which ordinarilly and basically is haraam... So, it is these things that are haraam, not football... Meaning, even if any of these things are associated with any activity, that activity will also fall to being haraam... Any activity that wastes time, money, shows women doing tabarruj, takes solaat time etc even if it's a job, will be uncalled for for a Muslim to be involved in... The issue is that some people will just come out and say football is haraam which is wrong... I have even see someone that told me not to play football again say some Sheikhs say it's haraam and I be like schooling nko.... Make we no go school again, abi school no get its haraam activities that surrounds it too ??? I understand and know that schooling is more important than sports, so don't try lecturing me in that aspect, what I am pin pointing is the haraam activities associated. MAY ALLAH GUIDE US ALL...

I was reasoning same way brother. U shd not work, go to school, hospital, travel , etc coz all of these things take time. Allah make Islam peaceful for us, we should understand that Salah is very essential and we must try not to miss it by Allah. Football unites the nation more than anything else. I think this is by choice, a Muslim must be conscious of prayer's times, it's not the fault of the football organizers, it's the fault of Muslims that valued football than the prayer's time. I do conscious of all prayer's times while also watching football is optional under my control. I think the lecture suppose be on telling Muslims to always take prayer above watching of football matches.
