I have to share this with all of you! I’m 59 years old and moments prior to watching this, I found myself crying really hard due to my father leaving me when I was three. Never have I ever thought about this or felt this way! I don’t remember ever crying about it when I was young! What propelled this deep wound surfacing and revelation was a simple question and request to spirit that the origin of why I get sad be revealed! And the answer was given to me in this issue coming up in my consciousness. My father was an alcoholic and suffered tremendously while serving in world war ll. I later saw him in his 80’s and he was wearing eight shirts and had five coffee pots on his counter. I share this to demonstrate that forgiveness came easily for me as I know he had his own spiritual journey on this earth plane. I am Blessed to have had this memory surface! Thanks Matt for making this Ascension easier for all of us and giving us a good laugh! Namaste 🙏

My family has humiliated, judged, demoralized, condemned, lied about, spread nasty romours about me and this had hurt my heart so terribly.... Matt, before I even begin to watch what I know will change me (simply because I'm here and about to take in your wisdom and energy), I want to share something in the off-chance that you see my comment. I am a 60 year old empath. I had a spontaneous awakening in November of 2016 that lasted some days - I can't say for sure how many; I was not in a position to mark time! Most of it is a bit like a sweet dream now but I am, of course, forever changed and changing. But it was YOU who gave me the answer to a question I have been asking for as long as I can remember. Simply, why would someone (me) who I KNOW to be tender and good-hearted, attract so much misery? I could not beat the logical, ego argument that I am the common denominator for spending most of the years on this planet processing abuse, its fall-out, loss and abandonment. And forgiving. Over and over and over and over. Processing the pain. Opening my heart instead of closing it. But now. Now I know WHY I chose such a challenging path, and the relief of knowing is sweet. Beautiful. Your teachings are beautiful and Divinely timed with my journey. Your words resonate and educate and inspire. Holding dignity and compassion for myself and being in a reality where things don't hurt me emotionally like they used to is how I have been feeling and living.. But recently I felt uprooted by surprisingly and bluntly seeing someone that brought on a severe stint of PTSD. Shortly after which, I gathered with women to celebrate the forthcoming life of two twin baby boys. And while I have looked into my eyes and said loving and compassionate words before, I gained wisdom from these same women who shared that I they recognized me from my baby picture- from my eyes. The way I choose to release the trauma, pain and victimhood of this past abuse involved honoring and seeing myself in all forms/states: Through my eyes as I stand now, through my angel eyes and through the eyes of myself as a baby. Everything I did (in this personal ceremony) always came back to the eyes. I was seen through my eyes, heard through my eyes and healing through my eyes. It is wonderful to awaken out of paralyzing fear to a deepening of love and, yes, dignity. Thank you for your healing transmission. It feels amazing :)

I have had appointments with a healer who volunteered to help me cancel on me multiple times. It is a new technique I was so looking forward to trying. So anxious to have someone help release the pain I feel from some extreme experiences that left me with CPTSD... decades of relationship with a verbal abuser, facing death each month for two years, complete poverty after much career and financial success and no home for over a year (petsitting so not homeless) and abandonment of community and family. Saying those words out loud, as the words unfolded and came out of my lips - oh - I can't express how profound this was. Omg!!! Thank you for sharing your experience with Pain, and being very sensitive your whole life. I have never met another person who understands what it's like to feel other people's pain. And not just people, but earthquakes, Storms, Volcano. I cried for a month when my neighbor cut down 3 of her trees. My heart was broken, I had to work hard through that pain. I so love every part of Gaia. So thank you for sharing. Wow🙏💖🌳🪶🌈
