Great video, though the title is a bit misleading. Not much about what it's like to live in Nosara. Would love to hear more of your thoughts on different neighborhoods, what the people are like, the nearby Tico town, cafe/food culture, transportation, cost of living, weather year-round, what the surf is like year-round, etc.

If I'm just hanging out in the Nosara/Guiones area and hitting the waves, are quad rentals a good idea? How far a cab/van drive is Nosara from the airport at Liberia? Also, what's the best time of year to surf there? Thx!

Quad rentals are a great way to get around town! There's tons of options, just do a quick google to find one that works for you. Everyone says Liberia is "2-2.5hrs" drive but it always seems to take closer to 3. Best time of year to surf depends on the type of surfer you are! Dec-Mar is typically small glassy longboard waves with a couple big days sprinkled in, the bigger surf comes between Apr-Aug. (most people come for the dry season Dec-Apr) Hope you enjoy your trip!

How do I do what? Im currently spending about 5-10 hours a week on video work. In terms of general travel it's a lot of time saving then a lot of time spending. In the meantime I try to make a little bit here and there to have some spending money. For Costa Rica I'm just lucky that my family has a home here and they like me enough to let me stay🤷‍♂️🤪
