Daily Car Videos in the past Porsche also replaced the leather around the gear stick with mesh to save 9 grams, so yeah Maybe the sticker is 20g and metal one is a few hundred

I don’t think it matters. I’m sure Porsche themselves understand that changing the badge to a sticker won’t do much. It’s more about the act of it. The fact that they would go to the extent of replacing a badge for a sticker shows the lengths they are willing to go to get the best lap time possible. It’s to show how dedicated they are to creating the best road going race cars possible.
