I owned one for 18 months and it was an absolute monster. Definitely felt like it had more than 382 hp. Even the stock exhaust sounded really good.

I drove a M340i a few years ago as part of the BMW Ultimate Driving Event that BMW North America hosts every year and it was easily the best sports sedan I have driven.

The 340i looks so cool. It is unfortunate the 2021 M3 doesn't look as good as this.

I drove a 2020 M340i as a rental when I went to Beverly Hills last year in the spring. Highly underrated car.

@@matthew07shquad31 That makes no sense at all. You see it as a great car so it's underrated as OP said. No one is talking about it as much as the G80 M3 M4, Supra, BRZ etc so it's underrated. If you saw it as a bad car then it's OVERRATED.

I had this car for about a year as a business lease and it was the best daily driver I’ve ever owned, same color and all. I still miss it every day! I never even cared about cars or exhaust until driving this car.

I traded my 2021 Stinger gt1 for a 2021 M340i and stand by my decision. The Stinger was a really good car but I got a little bored with it and was tempted to start modding. I found the M340i better in almost every way and I'm finding new things to do with it all the time. I put it in eco, with cruise control, drove 80 miles and got 41.5 mpg! I drove sport and comfort on the way back and still got 28.4. It's an amazing car.

2 days ago i went to buy a bmw i was looking for a new 5.20i but they offered me a 5.30i 2020 in 15k kilometers executive m and its awesome you can literally hear turbos and really quick got it for 80k dollars(price is really bargain cuz i live in turkey)

in the uk a fully optioned m340i is £62k that’s decent for the amount of car that your getting and for the performance of 0-60 in 3.9 seconds

The M340i is a good car but would love to see your POV impressions on the TLX Type S and IS500 Those are some good alternatives especially as something that's more reliable and simpler

Type s is slower than paint drying, not worth the time for a review. Only looks nice thats about it

@@_Ambition124 well it also does sound good too definitely has a more characteristic sound than the C43 and S4 Really good materials And it handles really well too especially with the 4-wheel steering in the SH-AWD system Overall I would say it makes a great daily for what it is
