Hi! Wow what a compliment! Thank you! I have lost 15 pounds since originally coming to CR, put on some muscle and am living a much healthier lifestyle. Yes! So we have been in a renovation for a year and I plan on making a video showing the before and after the renovation and doing a house tour vid along with it:)

Yup, now you are in the grow up stage of youtube, your video editing and potential content is up there, just need to bring up more viewers and retain the existing ones, that has been a hard thing for me since i don't show my face in my videos, so there is not a social aspect with my followers. If you asked me what it takes to be a big youtuber, i'd say it's charisma, and you have plenty of that. Maybe a suggestion for people looking to move to CR.....the region alone (Mexico & Central America) has a lot to offer and I would have a tough time choosing between Mexico and CR to relocate. Why don't you make a video comparing each country in the region and focus on why CR should be the one to pick! I plan on doing community workout classes so I am hoping to find some younger community there (more in there 20's). But I have excellent community at my church which is awesome:)

Hi there, You first need your residency in order to get your license here. We got our residency within the course of a year but sometimes it can take years to get depending on the pace of the process. Once you have your residency, then you can apply for your real estate license. I hope this helps:)
