Thanks! I’m on zepbound, but that’s just basically helping suppress my appetite. It’s weird I eat just a little and feel so full. The real answer to how I’ve done it though is very large calorie restriction diet with heavy focus on protein and a lot of exercise (for example I have been walking everyday 3 miles roundtrip to get lunch). I’m basically a just eating a chipotle bowl with double protein every weekday. I try to eat half of it for lunch and then walk home with the leftovers and our dog and eat the rest for dinner most days. I’ve also stopped drinking any soda except when we are out of the house. All water at home. And I only eat badly when we are filming but even then I only have a couple bites of things. I get my fix and stop.

The goal is to lose some weight before Orlando in September. Then eat some junk but not too much 😂. I actually never had a Dole whip. So trying one is this year is the goal too.

That area/skelton part of the ship was added on the oasis after ocean trials. Waves can up and hit the life rafts and damaged them so they added that design. Think it has changed a little over time since oasis but it is there to protect the life rafts from large waves.
