My M & D worked together for 6 decades. Their ongoing success was based on Dad agreeing with Mom on most issues. Happy Wife. Happy Life. The key success factor is they both had individual interests. Communication is another element of success. When Mom spoke we all sat up and listened. 🤣. We called her the warden.
