Please don't imitate the training in this video by yourself. The students in the video are professional martial art students and have been studying for more than years. The teachers have more than five years of teaching experience, so they dare to train students like this.
The students in the video are challenging to a higher level of flexibility, so the training of the teachers is more severe. But this kind of training is harmless because the students have already warmed up before the training, the bones and muscles have been totally relaxed, after the training, the students will get the corresponding auxiliary massage to eliminate the muscle pain.
Everyone has limited ability to withstand the pain, so you can see some of the students screaming or crying in the video, and some students are not. but This is good in flexibility training, If it is not painful, it means that the student has not broken his own limit, then he will not make progress, and such pain is controllable. also screaming or crying helping them to relieve the pain, then they can hold in that position for enough time, that is the goal when doing the flexibility stretching.

@@VitalijKaramakov obviously! "No gain, no pain!1!!1! " It's not important that this extreme training will cause permanent injuries very early. Sadly, it's also because mentality. I watched a lot of videos like this and too many people approve this kind of training.

@@kiaranight1071 the pain is part of the process, its natural your body feels it the next day, but theres a right way to stretch the body... There are so many articles, books, studies showing how to do correct exercises and explaining WHY those need to be studied.... Its a person's physical integrity we are talking about here.... Fgs how are these people still working in this area??? Im a rhythmic gymnastics coach and i had to study like hell to work in this area.... self experience is never enough, bodies are different

I love how I’m a master and is 13 years old, but I didn’t need to go through all of this. You don’t need to become flexible all I needed to do was learn how to protect myself from weapons and learn how to do self defense. Competing was fun but I only needed to do that for a certain amount of time. Then I have to be at the gym every single day and train for awhile you really don’t need this, it’s not necessary.

Это ужасно. Так тянуть нельзя, особенно детей. Нужно обязательно следить за положением позвоночника и за стопами, которые заворачиваются на шпагатах, повреждая суставы и связки. Да, при растяжке должна присутствовать боль, но калечить детей нельзя.

@Khadijo Ali Omg ikr, i couldn't even wath this to the end. Being someone who try to be more flexible, you don't need to do this, just take your Time and you'll do it, mostly if you do this alone and even so this type of exercise is not safe if you're not flexible
