Very well said Philipe, many senior folks have no idea, how to write an OKR! I found the same challenge with goal settings with senior folks! They defined an utopian stage as goal without defining what a goal means and what it is in current scope and timeline and what shall be the critical success factors and related measures of success..

Agree with Philipe, unless you kill the old ways of doing things and you blew the bridge, you won't lead to OKRs you visualised as significantly better results...

You can be happy, laughing, joking while talking about OKRs, right? Just reminding, OKRs can be serious affair like million other things... And loved when you guys laughed and joked of affairs around OKRs...
