Don't lose hope, Mark. I take medication, too. Anxiety can strike at any time throughout life. Anxiety is one of the oldest diseases historically. Jesus knew that. Sometimes it seems like every solution is a dead end, but that's OK. Just relax and seek knowledge, expert advice, make plans, and take timely action. That's what King Solomon advised in the proverbs. Pray along with that process and be patient. You are valuable as a person and you will eventually find the solution to the problems.

With my perfectionism and general pessimism, I've always been something of a worry-rat. I've always been hyper-aware of all the ways something can go wrong and idk I think because of the pandemic, that feeling has escalated. Anyway, I'm really glad that I found this video. I have just submitted my last final paper and I've been really stressed about it because I had a lot of difficulty with the assignment, technological malfunctions, and well, ultimately, ended up turning it in a few days late. My professor has not answered any of my emails and I'm just so scared that he won't accept it and all of that work will be for nothing. Anyway, I worked myself into a panic and I am glad I found this video when I did because it calmed me down instantly. Thanks - from a nervous college student

12:02 - that is a rather privileged way of interpreting "why do you worry about clothes?" Clothing isn't just a matter of looking good and feeling good about how you look, or even about making the right impression. It is a practical need, both for the sake of protection against the elements, and because society demands it in various ways (i.e. try going to a job interview, loan application, date, etc. without being reasonably clean and well-dressed. It is very likely to hurt your chances.) and one that many people can not readily meet.

I'm apart of the hidden homeless. Mom is housing me till I get back on my feet. I worry daily that she will die and I'll be living out of my vehicle. Yet I've been homeless since Sept 1st 2018. Don't get me wrong my life is improving. I'm struggling with getting work now I have covid. I rent a space at an antique store for 25 dollars per month which if I can I want a studio apartment for 200 to 350 per month. Money I make at the store is enough to pay my apartment rent if I can get one

I was fine until I was about 30 then I started getting anxiety about the future and that I hadn't met the love of my life and got married. I'm now 59 never got married. I have turned to Christ and put him first in my life but he hadn't healed me unfortunately and life is very difficult for me but I still wait for him to come through for me and trust he will. At the end of the day we have billions of years to come in eternity so being happy on earth is not that important.

I am having an anxiety attack right now. And the cause of this is my fear of men. Afraid of what's to come if I'll see these particular people face to face. My health is affected. And it is already 11:20 p.m. yet I am still awake. One of my greatest enemy is fear. In this case, my fear of other people especially those who are in higher authorities. But then again, a voice inside my head told me that 'these people has fears, too. And that we are the same." I thank God, my Lord Jesus that in this time of trouble, He is here with me. And nothing is permanent. So is this anxiety. Someday, it will be my testimony on how the Lord has saved me from it. For now, I will let the pain pass and just pray to Jesus.

i suffer from Hypertention Anxiety disorder and PTSD ive had a very bad life of trauma ive been through some very horrific events in my life that has dammaged me for life' my heart is not in best of health and i have very high blood pressure' but there are just some things about the truth in the bible that gives me Anxiety like the Lake of Fire terrifies me' and Jesus saying for i never knew you depart from me' when i hear these verses about Hell i get panic attacks am i the only one? i cant even watch video testimonies about HELL it will cuase me sever health issues.
