I can see that yes. Similar to Afrikaans Sokkie music. You hate it but after a few drinks everyone sings along for some reason. So glad people commented and pointed it out because I didn't actually understand it. Now that I do I love it even more🤣🤘💪🙏

What's funny about this song is that, during the first half he's complaining about her but in the second part he's saying how much he loves her. And the last two words of the song is "Marry Me! " 😂😂😂😂

The first part is literally a perfect recreation of German Schlager. I don't know why, but old(?) people listen to that while getting drunk and partying. i don't understand it either but its huge in Germany.

I've never heard of German Schlager before which is why I was so confused confused with the warning into but the comments from everyone have helped me understand that now🤣🤣 I don't how people can listen to that so EC clearly made fun of that which is brilliant! Another comment on here helped me understand it by pointing out that it's like Afrikaana Sokkie music which is horrible but for some reason people like it. This song is even more brilliant now that I understand it🤣🤣🙏💪🤘

True, honest reaction. Love it like the song itself! Well done. Some insights: In the disclaimer they warned about two major things: German Schlager and Death. Well, the first part was the German Schlager: There is a huge industry producing htese shit - all sound pretty much the same. And this is going on since ages; at least since the 1970s. You can somewhat compare that to the US country scene, at least the commercialization aspect of it. The second part was Death! @ElectricCallboy has never used such heave #deathcore style in any of their latest songs. And that is the harsh contrast: #Deathmetal destroys Schlager!

Interesting info: German schlager is very similar to Afrikaans Sokkie music, a lot of the sokkie artists sample the german schlager songs, so for me being a German Saffa, is always funny that german songs that were trending like 5 years ago in Germany gets translated in Afrikaans and the boertjies love to sokkie on it.
