The difference between gc1 and gc3 is HUGE. It's like going from dia1 to gc1 absolutely massive. Im sure a gc3 with a c1 could beat gc1s consistently. Also the regions play a role too. I believe and have seen the ranks in eu are generally better than na. Like if you are 1500 mmr in eu(gc1 div3) u would be 1600 in na(gc2 div2) about 100 mmr difference.
