I would say Koku likes Akaza more than Douma despite their power gap as Koku sympathizes more with Akaza wanted to get Stronger and being more Serious Over Douma, As when Akaza died Koku expressed Real genuine Grief and disappointment about it.

@AlaEddin-lb7vl aren't almost all demons isolated like that though? except for like Muzan, Douma and Nakime most demons cannot live in human society and they don't interect much with each other because that's how Demons are by nature so that they cannot pose a threat to Muzan. for instance Akaza doesn't get along with other upper moons and he doesn't look human at all so how does he get interactions? he probably doesn't. maybe demons don't get that sense of isolation. they have all of their mental scars because of their time as humans they don't get them while demons, and they don't consider eating humans as disgusting. Kokus said something like it's not samurai-like to eat humans but that to is a much milder reaction than humans would have. i.e certain aspects of their psyche work different then humans

In summary: Douma: is annoying as f4ck but recongnizes his strengh as upper 2 Akaza: fav training partner and Actually enjoyed the battle they had together Nakime: enjoys her music Hantengu : 2nd fav , onky after akaza , thinks zohakuten is pretty good. Gyokko: recongnizes his strengh and artistic abbilities , but thinks he should train physical combat more instead of relaying just on his blood demon art. Daki and gyutaro : he saw potention in the siblings and thinks it was noble of them to stick together and climb the ranks , but thinks their attitude is annoying for upper ranks , thinks daki is too childish and immature , while he is disgusted by gyutaro's lack of hygiene.
