When this series came out, I (14m at the time) was completely freaked out by this and never watched JJ. Nearly 8 years later, I got my dad to watch the Netflix/Marvel shows. He was genuinely shocked and stunned at the writing of S1 Daredevil that we both decided to watch Jessica Jones as first timers. Sadly, I dropped off by mid point of s2, but my dad watched through the ENTIRE series by himself. That will always be one of the greatest memories I’ll ever have with him

This is why Disney Marvel is struggling. They keep pushing fake strong female characters using actresses better suited for romantic comedies when Ritter here is a special talent, and her Jessica Jones, was just TOUGH, and happened to be a female. She talked tough, and backed it up with her only powers being moderate super strength, and physical durability enough to punch things at full strength without breaking her fists. She-Hulk was a silly clown show next to "Jessica Jones", despite the fact that She-Hulk is vastly stronger and more powerful, and would easily win in a vs, it feels like Jones would just clobber her.
