Ver and Petra are teaching each other Korean, Japanese, and Cantonese to open their respective vocabulary and abilities to reach out to international audiences. However, Ver spices things up when he tries to teach Korean tongue twisters that perplexes Petra into saying "This sounds like when people are trying to be racist against Chinese“ since she has no clue what she’s saying and is just reading off sounds. It's not until Petra confuses Ver with a Cantonese phrase that he gets what it feels like to learn a new language.
For reference on the Korean tongue twister: 간장공장 공장장은 강 공장장이고,된장공장 공장장은 공 공장장이다 (The manager of the soy sauce factory is factory manager Kang, and the factory manager of the soybean paste factory is factory manager Kong). The Cantonese phrase Petra used: 嗰個哥哥高過嗰個哥哥 (or as she typed it: gorgor gorgor goh gor gorgor gorgor).

It’s very normal, a lot of languages have different sounds that others don’t have, this ends up changing your voice. Honestly the Cantonese tongue twister sounds like she was gargling. I would actually thought she was gargling if she didn't say it was a tongue twister.

That word usually means elder brother which you are right👍🏻, but technically in the tongue twister's context, it's more like you're a kid saying that young guy is taller than that young guy
