I suspect it’s actually pronounced “eks-or-dle” as in “xor” in programming, which means that something can be this, OR that, but not this AND that.

@@jeezuhskriste5759 why not? This seems like the most intuitive option. "Xerox" is "ks-ero-ks", not "eks-ero-eks" or whatever, so I see no reason for "Xordle" to be pronounced "Eks-ordle" instead of "Kzordle"

Yo Scott, ngl I started watching the video and saw the starting word and figured ill try today's xordlr before watching because I thought of the word excel. I got 4 greens and immediately guess expel after and I was right! I put in my wordle starting words RATIO MENDS LUCKY and guessed gamma pretty quickly after. It was crazy!

There's one called qwordle that's very similar to xordle, except letters can't repeat even within the same word and the clues tell you when you've used letters from both words
