Word bruh. Food almost ended me. I an 51. 6 years ago I hada stroke and my brain started bleeding. Spent two months in the hospital learning how to walk, talk, eat, read etc again. I have seizures now. Kidney disease. Gout. High blood pressure anxiety and depression and I know it is the food I was rasied on. I am back vegan and I want to live some more. I'm so serious I am even moving the country and some real food.

I try and spread the word of being vegan too. To my family, friends, strangers everybody. You can literally heal whatever’s going wrong in your body just by cleansing your diet including and starting from the inside out. You should also try a few yoga poses and stretches before and after each workout they’ll really help you open up the muscles you didn’t even know you needed opened up.
