I own zero Stradics because I can't afford them. They're $200-300 here. My latest buy was a Shimano Sahara X Spinning Combo 7ft 2in 4-8kg with 4000 reel.

Absolutely the toughest time of the year I think. Until that water hits 50 or so they are tough to figure out. That was totally successful

I think it’s the best time. You just go to holes and fish jig heads with crawlers or minnows really slow and you will hammer them all day. Stay away from the fast water until that water gets to around 45 degrees and the big girls start moving to the faster water to get ready for spawn.

This last weekend I caught close too 200 of them little 6-10 walleye. Used 1/4 oz jig-head with a crawler. Won’t be long till the bigger ones start biting

Just a pain to drag around for the most part. Only really use them crappie fishing once or twice a year otherwise you can do the same amount of damage with lures. There’s exceptions of course.
