Ooh damn, I'm alone here. I didn't expect that. Really doesn't feel like a 284 views video with no comments. :D Just keep at it, the quality is on par with other videos of this genre from better known youtubers. Btw. when you talked about how every feature is contributing to the central loop, this always reminds me of idle games which I am quite a fan of. I think idle games are games without the grafics and gameplay but just the strategising and core gameplay loop you decribed here. When playing them you really learn a lot about these principles.

Thanks for putting into words just what makes this game so good. It seems like a simple formula: collecting treasure and cashing it in for upgrades, but I agree that Image & Form did an excellent job making that formula extremely rewarding and impactful to the gameplay in ways other developers may have missed in the past.
