Yes. Sufficient of space for kitchen is very important. Absolutely with what you said, as I am cooking almost everyday. 👍👍👍

What a useful vid! Love the way you showed the productivity of the work triangle. With an induction hob is it still necessary to have a filter hood if you are only doing light cooking. Also what to use the space on the right and left of fridge. Isn't it awkward to have a fridge protruding in the middle of the length of cabinet?

It makes a difference watching a local-made cooking tutorial. There's somehow a lot more clarity although sadly there aren't many good Singaporean cooking vids. This was awesome, thanks for the video!

To stop your cutting board from slipping, I suggest using a silicone baking sheet. You can use it infinitely often, this it's less wasteful than using a wet paper towel every time. BTW: Love the FC 4000 Miyabi chef knife.

For a galley kitchen, if I have the fridge and sink on the same line and the hob at the other side. Is it a headache to do that?

Induction cookers have way more cons than benefits for people who love to cook to be honest imo - there are WAY lesser options for pots and pans (most of the time you need to buy new ones in order to fit the stove), it doesn't fit a chinese wok, and you can't lift the pan up and shake it in the midst of cooking :/ Cleaning is a breeze definitely, but I think it's easier for new cooks to stick to gas
@jasmineong4629

シハル I love my induction stove and I’m a beginner cook. The guy is right - easier to clean, can control the heat (10 levels) and There is timer to time like slow cooker! There are modern woks that fit the induction stove. You just need a few pots and pans. Most kitchen burners cant get wok hei so no point. Induction is also safer for elderly cos no danger of gas leaks or overspill, especially if they forgot to switch off the gas cooker

How about decent stove top (4 gas burners) & oven rather than huge sink. All good chefs use gas for a reason. Poor design really.

Wow that omelette was overcooked. Use low and slow heat for a lighter coloured omelette. After you saute the vegetables turn the heat down before you put in your eggs so you are not over cooking your eggs.
