What Makes TAX EVASION So Hard? (Top 2 Impossible Level)

CYCLOLCYC, the most ambitious Top 1 project in ILL history, reigned at the Top for a ridiculous year and a half. However, it recently lost its title to Tax Evasion, a level that was never even intended to be Top 1.
Tax Evasion relatively recently received controversial buffs, including adjustments to meet CPS rules and additional difficulty tweaks by the level's host, skub. These changes ultimately led to the decision by ILL staff to move Tax Evasion to the top spot. It's worth noting that even with these buffs, Tax Evasion was never originally intended to be a Top 1 Impossible Level.
This video provides a brief overview of Tax Evasion, giving insight into its challenges and difficulty. We'd like to credit Sliced's video - "A brief look into Ballistic wistfully", now deleted, and Flary's video - • A brief look into CYCL... - for inspiring the idea behind this video.

Yeah, but cyclolcyc has multiple even longer parts of the same tight gaps and cps (being only slightly easier), the first jumps, the infamously hard duals and is overall just more balanced than this, no wonder tax evasion was 2nd on the ILL before the controversies.

After comparing this video to Flary's look into cyclolcyc, I have to say that Tax Evasion is the most unbalanced ILL level (excluding Singularity ofc). Btw, there is no goofy ahh alignment which deters 99.99% people to bot this level, and to my knowledge there is no specific click counter, so I have to say that cyclolcyc is harder and the fact that it is 3x longer adds in to the difficulty
