Dribbling has to be top notch 7. STAMINA!!! 8. Defending ability has to match your attacking ability. A perfect balance of both Perfect wing back role models are Marcelo, Dani alves, Maicon, Roberto Carlos, Alex Sandro, and arguably Cafu. White role model is Filipe Luis.

Meunier is one the best wing backs at the moment in my opinion. Trained as striker in his younger years, he has scoring instinct and dribble skills, in his defensive capabilities he is amazing as well: very good marking, incredible stamina and strength. His crosses are almost always good. At the moment he's an example of a complete wingback.

He might've been just talking shit as usual but when Mourinho said "there is no better right-back in football" about Valencia, I don't think it's that crazy. Obviously if we're talking technical ability he doesn't hold a candle to someone like Lahm and his defensive ability doesn't compare to someone like Coleman (get well soon) but his skills combined with his crazy pace and strength make him one of the most complete RBs in the game today. I'd say Carvajal is one of the top contenders for most well rounded RBs in the world
