We are absurdly biased, of course, but couldn't agree with what you've said more. URWERK is truly a brilliant brand backed by the best people.

URWERK upper case looks like a roof from a car from the 1950’s! Plus the the dial area, looks like a car windshield! Such an ominous watch!

Ever heard of Atowak watches? They have the looks and functionality of Urwerk watches with movements using modified Sellita and Miyota movements. Yes they are from China and that may turn certain people off

Amazing video explaining the evolution of a brand. Interestingly, the Urwerk 101 or 102 probably doesn’t fit well in this line up because the 103 is probably the true genesis of Urwerk.

Good video, but Hard to watch when you don’t look at the camera

These watches are very cool/modern looking, but literally take the entire wrist (an possibly part of your arm), I have a sub 7 inch wrist and looks sort of clown-ish on my wrist, maybe if you're on the taller side with a sub inch wrist you can sort of pull off. To me, large watches are so 2010, most brands have actually paired down the size during the last 5 years. To make it more appealing and desirable to collectors who don't necessarily want to wear an over bearing watch, Urwerk and some other brands need to look into case size. Gronefeld seems to be doing well with their 39-40 mm watches and getting acknowledgment of their collector base.
