Great to see your next video from Poland! You must visit Katowice (the city is located it the southern part of Poland). It closely resembles with Leeds (as it is a mining region)

It's one of the few big cities in Poland I've never been to. Any tips and places to see would be much appreciated. I will definitely go there one day!

Sunflower halva is more of an eastern thing (think ex USSR), in Poland we go for the traditional sesame one. Btw, I once saw on a cooking program how halva is made and it's sooooo easy (kinda dangerous though); you make a sugar syrup, get it really hot to evaporate all the water (so it's just melted sugar) and dump a bunch of tahini (basically sesame ground to a paste) into it, stir, wait to cool off! Voila! 🙂
