Damage,ongoning directice helps with that,id use the banshee skill and blinder firefly both proc vile and ongoing directive and that adds wep damage.

Pestilence is based on weapon damage. Weapon handling is more beneficial on a pestilence build because it helps stacking the ticks on one enemy, as well as the horrible reload pestilence has. If you are killing enemies quick with the bullets, you’d be applying the ticks less efficiently. So the build to actually push the ticks the highest and best as possible would be 2 HB, 1 walker BP with vigilance, contractor gloves, sacrifice and sawyers kneepads. All pieces rolled on handling and armor regen. Why the regen? For the sustain to get the tick high. Weapon handling for the accuracy, stability and reload. This setup gives 1.481mil ticks on armor and 1.299mil ticks on health without expertised pestilence. Setup on video gives 1.220mil on health and 1.451mil on armor without upgraded pesti Other than that, great vid, don’t see why would anyone add crit pieces if you are looking for high ticks on pesti

I think the last build would benefit with W&H over the Picaro's. The trade offs are Picaro's has Armor and Skill Haste - W&H has 5% Weap Dmg and Crit. That being said, there is "some" value in weapon handling in a Pestilence build...I haven't seen the other video, but I can guess what they're saying. I personally run ND with Petrov Chest and Backpack with everything into crit. The extra 10% handling does help with accuracy/stability at longer distances. In your video, you can see how much the target box shrinks when the 10% WH from Gunner Spec kicks in. There's a small benefit to reload too...but it's barely noticeable unless you really stack WH. 28% WH (watch, Gunner, 2pc Petrov) feels like the sweet spot for me. But great video on the importance of crit in a Pestilence build. It's painful to see people dumping bullets just to build the stack. Killing enemies builds the stacks just as fast.

You can but it's 5% and less armor that's why you trade that for picaros to gain 2 things armor and skill haste vs 1 bonus of 5% and avg 2 more bullets to crit because you have 6% CC added

@@Offc0nstantly Picaro's has 4 stats - Armor, 15% Weapon Damage, Skill Haste plus whatever your secondary stat rolled onto it (I assume crit). W&H 4 stats - 15% Weap dmg, 5% Weap Damage, and two slots for crit chance/dmg. Unless the Armor core is that much value to your build, I never see the point of Picaro's. As a pure dps build...red everywhere. I was hoping Devs would allow double Weapon Damage to be rolled onto Picaro's but that will never happen.

That's just for the tick to do damage if you don't put CC or CHD on build your bullets are nerfed which is a loss of damage 🤷🤦‍♂️

Perhaps you should try to take a new approach and teach players how to test so that they can learn that they can test these CC builds out before, or their claims so the will know if it's BS or not. That might bring more people to you vs call outs.

@O2 skyline YAY are you talking them using AR? If so change to Shotgun the DTA and DtTOoC will destroy them. Then it comes down to movement and out smarting them

Also i try not to paste and copy a build, not that i don't agree with it, i just like to use my imagination and use them as templates rather than just copy, but jmo and no hate against those who do, after all some are not the best at builds, which in this game is kinda understandable

@Zippy exactly eve though I'm telling you vigilance will give you the most damage you might prefer composure. Though it gives 10% less damage, you get to keep that damage just by staying in cover vs. the moment you take damage, you lose all 25%. Make the build suit your play style
