odessy has a platform and is generally a really good player. i would consider myself rather skilled and can easily win w characters like monkey king w/o using ascension once. and yet all of my opponents are disrespectful just cus i play better than them. toxicity in this game is far too high

@@stormlivin true i did. like i said id consider myself skilled, dojo 12 w most characters lvl 10. but obvs most of my opponents are dojo 13 character lvl 13, and yet are toxic, making it really hard to progress regardless of skill level

Well if you use monkey King and spam ascension then obviously the opponent will get irritated and become toxic....there's a limit to spam especially MK, Marcus and Lynx spammers 🤢@@ablackguy7914

tbh, playing with Shang requires a lot of patience in the first place . To use the right combat technique and the shadow power useage to be used at right time... does require patience

No matter what, Shang does require more skill than the time when Style of the Dragon had not been nerfed.

I honestly think some heroes require more skill than others. Hong-Joo is a prime example of this. You could either fight players that usually use Hong-Joo are straight dog cheeks, or you find a player that is a master at cancelling attacks (that’s you, odyssey), which seems to be Hong-Joo’s strong suit. And people don’t use him don’t use him because of how little damage he does, but he’s really good in the right hands

If you want to become good at shang you need to have a good grip on his shadow combos. He has many combos where you will end up forming your own combo if you.gain experience in using him.

We need the skill to play any and every hero, but the question is how much skill do you need to play with a hero like a pro Skill + Hero ability = 100% if a hero has more abilities, then a player will need fewer skills to master him and vice versa for example for bulwark 100% = skill 20% + abilities 80%(Infinity spamming of fractures) shang is also the same against non anti shadow heroes = 20% skill + 80% (spamming back attack to get shadow with also suppessing shadow and then inevitable circle of shadow) where as monkey = skill 80% + abilities 20% also, where as we have broken heroes as well in the arena, the bullies of the arena, the Iron Clad, and his friend Xiang Tzu .

@@ablackguy7914 he got nerfed today, they halved the shadow spear damage by 50% and shortened the spear hitbox, now marcus is weak as shit i cant do any dmg

LOL Marcus is not weak. Half of the top ladder was filled with Marcus everywhere, the nerf was needed and they hit the shadow energy which was his no brainer tactic. But I mean I picked him when everyone said he was slow trash 🗑️, but now he's king, and he can still be but cuz his win victory button got nerfed ppl going to drop him. That's good, skilled players will still run Marcus.

@@darkdrageon I got Marcus 4 days ago and am at 550 rating w 2 talents lvl 6. He’s really good for sure and I don’t think the nerf will affect me much, but he definitely doesn’t deserve one. Him and mk are both fair just shouldn’t be able to spam so much

Sach bolu iss game skill ke naam pe sirf log pakdna yani grab karna he mostly karte hai aur saala mere se yeh grab karne wala move hota nahi hai ek toh phone hai toh joystick see woh do baar toggle karna jamta nahi...mai sirf game yahan timepas karne khelta hu maarna pasand hai turant lekin saley skills ke naam pe dodge air piche jaake turant pakd ke patak na hi ata aur pur gire huye attack...uthne mei time jo lagta skills hai yeh nahi iss game mei...
