I'm right there with Kitoto. Mindsets change so much, it's very flimsy. You can settle down with someone when their mindset is quite okay, 5 years down the line hamuelewani, and the marriage fails because the mindset has shifted. But Character is constant. What you see is what you get!

@@ManOnTheMicPodcast I wouldn't describe a character as changing. Character is definitely tested, and sometimes it doesn't pass the test, Just because it fails in an instant, it doesn't mean it has changed.

It all starts with a desire. God by my own i can't, change me to be who you want me to become. Give me a new name(if you aren't comfortable with your name). It is not a must you have an encounter name but it is a must to have an encounter to be effective in the kingdom of God.

Good discussion. On matters deserving this and that because of this and that...kidogo tricky. Yes, we are free to have whatsoever kind of standards but on matters deserving, hapo sijui sana. I appreciate the realization that each needs to work on themselves. However, it's also important to break down how this looks for a Christian. If this is not done, pride may be the inevitable end.

We truly and honestly don't deserve nothing for sure... But I tend to think at the very least we are worthy of something... Maybe the wrong choice of words😅 I however agree that pride may arise if what we think we 'deserve' is what we pursue or allow in our space... This not only applies in romantic spaces
