This was another requested topic, so if you have suggestions for what you might like to see me do a video on feel free to let me know here in the comments! Also, holy crap KZbin CRUSHES 1080p...I had forgotten how bad it gets. Time to upscale to 1440p in future videos hahaha. Thanks for watching!

Hey Adam, I've been subscribed since the old days and I'm pretty sure this is the first time I've seen youtube actually recommend a video from you since like 2012~2013, back when you were doing the LPRs. Algorithm fighting you hard my dude.

Hahaha in fairness I haven't posted in 6 months other than my last video from a couple of weeks ago. Glad you stopped in!

This is super helpful for knowing the differences for monitors

Shared this to my buddy who was looking for a monitor for his PS5 thanks!

Only thing that I can think of that I didn't cover here (mostly because I figured people would know) is to just make sure if they buy a monitor for consoles that the resolutions, and refresh rates they want for that console are supported by the monitors HDMI input(s). Some are restricted to lower tier vs their display port inputs.

Thanks for this video. I've had a ton of different monitors, televisions and even some projectors over the years and it always seem to be a complete toss-up and gamble if they were going to be good or not. I feel like, with your guidance, I might finally be able to spend my money wisely on my next monitor purchase. Cheers, Nova!

Great video! Would've loved to have this a year or so ago when I was looking in depth at monitors, but this will help inform me when either is up for replacement! Thanks for the quality content Nova.

I learned! I Subscribed (though I thought I had already). I don't feel like I wasted my 28 minutes (I watched at 1.25x Speed).

I'm just here to give you viewer time Edit: pretty much all freesync works on nvidia cards. There's virtually no reason to pay the premium for gsync "ultra" cause now freesync is getting marked as gsync basic

True but I wanted to cover my butt and make sure people were certain of their compatibility cases haha.

haha I just picked up an MSI MAG27QDF, but it took a damn lot of research before I managed to decide on this one. Wish this video came out a few months ago! (Still happy with the monitor, but this would have helped me find out what's important)

Great Video, would love some inserts (topic and or with the choices); I have recently bought a new monitor (ASUS PG329) and one selling point for me was a blue light reducing functionality, since I'm using it for long periods of time and still want to retain my eyesight as much as possible ^^. Whats your opinion on it?
@IAmNova3 жыл бұрын
Don't have any experience with it, nor have I had a chance to read about it but I'm glad you've found it good for your needs!
