Way to go Christy you will keep the doctor away With wholesome meals. As an adult i include more protein like peas and chick peas are very nutty and tasty with condiment like curry,turmeric etc. Include lentils as well.

I just recently made chicken adobo! I like to make mine with boiled eggs added. That’s how my mom always made hers! Yum!!! I also LOVE that your kids love raw veggies!!!

How funny, I'm eating the shrimp ceviche recipe you shared as I enjoy this video! I wish my son wasn't so picky. He used to eat almost everything before 3 years old and then...bam! He won't eat anything that is green and it's hard to get him to try new foods. 🤦🏾‍♀️ I have to be really creative.

At 2:05 Avayah entrance is like a diva on the stage! One day you should try a huge rice salad to put in the fridge when outside it is hot. I put cold rice+ tuna, boiled eggs, some wurstel, tomato, cheese, mayo or whatever you have in the fridge lol
