Unfortunately no. Instrumentals seem to only be available for songs from Seasons 7, 8, and 9, as well as all Equestria Girls songs.

​@@DiamentowaSzklanka Yep, some is better than nothing! There are a few exceptions to the no instrumentals thing -- particularly songs sung by a guest artist (like The Magic Inside), and for some reason, Winter Wrap Up.
