Please meet your depressin and work on the core issue instead of using other things a distraction. By doing so you will be free much sooner from the depression. The go to thing is avoidance, which is in no way weird, but to actually rid of a depressive state people need to find the root core (the thing or things causing it). / Former psychology student

I love making the besciamella sauce as a base then add different flavours based on my mood for the day, anything from cheese to mushroom, tomatoes. It's really a go-to comfort sauce for me.
