You already have bachelors degree so no need to go for BBA. you can directly get admission in MBA. You have 2 options. 1) You get admission in regular MBA course for that you have to give entrance exam depending on the college where you want admission. 2) You can go for Online MBA where all the class will be online and you can continue your work along with MBA.
