RajaVardhan Hangrekar is one of the All rounder, who can hit hard, but CSK didn't gave enough chances, being in CSK is bane. If he has been in KKR or RR he would have been shined well. Suits T20I format Bcci and selectors shld keep any eye on both Nitesh Reddy and Hangrekar and shld groom well. He suits for ODI and T20I format. Other than that, two players who has capabilities to be all rounder or but failed or Deepak Chahar and Shardul Thakur. Deepak Chahar, fitness issues and lack of passion to develop variation, and earned enough money through IPL from CSK, his focus slightly shifted to business. He doesn't have hunger. I expected him more, he had skill like bhuvnesh kumar and better batting capability but completely disappointed. He suits to T20I format. In Shardul Takur case, it is different, he can play any format at ease, but too much over confidence, and over weight and inconsistent concentration and pitching the ball made nightmare to those who expectation. Why cricketers loose intensity after earning enough money I don't understand. He suits to ODI and Test format. There is another player, his is like Hardik Pandya in spin version, his presence in team is less and at NCA is more Washington Sundar. He is most unlucky player, he is fit now, but Impact player rule ruined his chances in squad in SRH.He suits T20I and Test format. Venkateshwar Iyer is more batsmen and less bowler. But he is consistent player. He shld be part of ODI format. Sai Kishore yet to be prove his batting in T20 format. Rahul Tewstia can suit well, he is ready player to play in international T20I along with Rinku in down the order.
