I appreciate that Apple makes great products (I'm a Samsung Galaxy Owner) but I think the lawsuit might be justifiable. Apples's market share in the US is grossly overweight when compared to the rest of the world. Lawsuit or not, Apple is a great company, and they'll be fine in the long run.

This lawsuit won’t do anything. The actual lawsuit will take a few years to resolve and then some for appeals. This is not going to affect the stock unless updates are pushed out often about the suit which I doubt will be public.

Apple jumped 4% on just a Gurman report of the M4 chips being heavily AI accelerator focused. That's on a rumour of a small part of their revenue. The market is hungry for Apple's AI play, and it's going to be shown in June at WWDC. Balls deep calls deep.

That’s fine. I used to work at Google. And we did a lot of research. Do you know why Apple sells so many phones? Because they understand choice. They understand people don’t want a lot of variety. People are creatures of habit. They like what they like. And Apple just offers you the same. Basically every year, the iPhones don’t change too much. And that’s by design. So buy Apple on the dip man. And hold it. Hold it for you. Hold for your kids when you die and let them hold it for their kids too. It’s a forever stock.

I've been a user of both iPhone and Android and they're pretty equal if it's a high end android except the limits of messaging and cross platform cooperation has always been limits on iPhones. Androids have always been able to work with any other os except Apple puts limits on its products so iPhone users think Androids are worse like the fuzzy pics for messaging when Androids don't do that with each other and Apple can do it with zero effort.

@@EverythingMoney The catalog for the m3 is a joke on the customers expense, and the customers feel it. The greed is just too much at this point. a "Pro" laptop with 8 GB ram?! Everyone are really mad about this and they are right, and it's just one small example, they have arranged the m3 catalog in such a way you have that each needs another upgrade to make most of the previous upgrade, which makes you as a customer that buying a premium feel shitty. I'm with the Intel 2019 macbook 16", as an engineer i make good earning so money is not an issue. I really want to upgrade and would upgrade 9/10 already. but no f* way i'm buying the m3 catalog, just could not do it, it will be the most bad feeling buy in my life if i would. also no way i'm buying the m2 or m1 because i'm not going to buy an old tech when every 2 month now you have a leap forward in chip tech. So i'm just going to wait for the m4, hoping they will come to their senses, if not, i just might buy a non mac premium laptop of some other brand. I'm not the only one, the whole community is very furious about the m3 catalog. If a company start to f* there customers to much something will have to give.

That’s a statement towards the ones going after Apple, not towards Android users, I like Google and Android as well. My average price in AAPL was right under $100 but I started buying more today right under $170.

Apple is down 12% YTD and 6% YOY. I put in a $170 order but canceled last week. Stock went to $169 today. In my thesis, Apple will pull back in a down market correction to $160, so I wait and watch. Not bear on the stock, just finding a better multiple to enter and hold.
