I'm going through this right now, they made me write and statement and sign a "Notice of Investigation," However, it feels like I got a write up... However, I don't think a write up is fair because nothing was done to address the situation, we never came together to have a discussion about the situation...

Same all lies. I was given no notice.I made the complaint it was so toxic. next thing I know my boss was given days to build his defense and I got attacked and lied about.
