I completely agree with you. My kiddos were trained from infancy to eat wholesome foods and I never had a problem with them eating fast foods or candy. They really enjoyed the good food. What made me mad was when we went shopping they would ask for some fresh green beans or a bell pepper to munch on and so many times an adult would say to them how can you eat that, yuck. But my kiddos would always say they enjoyed them to the rude person. Your kiddos will be so much healthier and happier for eating good wholesome foods.

Kids eat what you tell them. Don’t draw attention to the food. Act like it’s normal. They will eat it. My kids don’t get a second dinner if they don’t eat what I make they don’t get food. So they eat

I wish that would work on my kid. I tried that and my kid lost so much weight. The dr said sometimes you just have to feed your kid what they will eat. It sucks, but not everyone will be so lucky with this method.
