if bulk of medicines are there, keep in check-in bag..but in carry bag u can keep some for emergency, like 2-3 paracetamol, pain killer, for abdomen pain, or your daily recommended tablets of blood pressure and sugar etc.. but keep in mind, it should be in small number for emergency only..
