This is an essential message and i have seen it in action in many phases of my life. I also think that many people confuse 'solitude' vs 'isolation', the latter of which can be very detrimental. And, as a shy introvert who isolated herself many a time, i practiced being a 'presenting extrovert' and in doing so, was able to make more progress in my life because of the help of others.
