Have you noticed any psychological effects of blind solving? Like has it helped you focus or changed the way you think?

It hasn't really changed how I think on a fundamental level, but when studying certain things for school, I've been able to use memory techniques similar to what I use for blindsolving a few times. I've also developed stamina from doing so much blind, and I think this has kinda carried over to some other things as well
