As a response for the question about starting at 17. That’s when I noticed it was a really fun sport and wanted to peruse it as much as I can. Before this I barely could hit the shuttle properly. But since April 2018 I’ve moved up to advanced level and the next step would be to play at city level / county level. In the uk at least.

Regarding the first question, Hehe not to be rude, but I don't think Viktor "only found out" that it's not suitable for him after a few tournaments? Maybe there is sponsorship of some kind behind that he would use that particular model. We all know champions/top players drives the sales of the model or brand they're using. Don't get me wrong, there is no right or wrong here. Btw, Viktor's mandarin is quite precise! Even better than some of my ABC friends .. Love the honestly on the 2nd question, and the rest of them are so interesting too. Great video, and thank you Viktor for making this humble video!

@@sufrihadi apart from studies by distraction I meant when there are some personal problems or when someone tries to demotivate, how do you not let that affect your game ??
@abdullahahmad1845 жыл бұрын
1- Distractions: develop the art of not letting others' judgements dictate your future. You are what YOU decide to be, not what others PERCEIVE you to be. Reference Indian folktale about the guy and his child with a donkey first one riding, then the other, then both, then none and finally getting sick of everyone's judgements.
@abdullahahmad1845 жыл бұрын
2- Stamina: push yourself on a daily level, increasing difficulty after a week or so. Examples are TIMED one mile running, HIIT running for 10 mins etc, jumping jacks etc

Last Sunday I used other's racket (Victor TK-Ryuga 2 pro) with Aerobite boost ABBT is so offensive that I can't use it for a long time (or I'll be tired soon).
