I mean he's right. There isn't anything wrong per se about it. It's cute, recognizable and it appeals to both genders. While it's mostly cute, there is a coolness factor that comes out when it gets serious in the show. Also electric is just a cool typing. What's "wrong with it" are the stats, and while that does suck for it, at least the love it gets isn't because it's only good in competitive.

7:57 as an 11 year old child I can confirm that us 11 year olds can walk through a pitch black room (sometimes even cluttered with basically knives on the ground but I’m not going into detail) and do anything because we have a memorized path in our caves/rooms 😊
