I wanted to like this but , putting lack of proofreading and your timeline is incorrect ..I could not. thing that annoyed me about this was that you only played For Real multiple times which was not a groove theory song and mispronounce Amel's name . You could literally find album tracks online to play. Then Bryce didn't start acting until after groove theory disbanded he wasnt well known either when groove theory first started he was a producer on their roster . He was actually in a Group previously before. Groove theory called Mantronix very briefly but did release music with him. Then posting random pictures and videos not associated with the timeline was annoying.

Keeping it 100, I watched live performances by Amel, and her voice is very hit-and-miss from what I have seen. Pity, her "studio voice" is absolutely stunning.
@dawb86
@dawb86 4 ай бұрын
lol. "studio voice" is a bit much. I think many artists don't put enough effort into the live performance aspect and training for it but that's not the same as the acts that flat out cannot sing and have engineers using programs to fix their horrible vocals and make them sound decent. Amel seem like the kind of artist that like to do smaller, intimate venues rather than big stadium level productions sitting down with a guitar singing to a room of maybe a hundred and fifty onlookers at the most.

From what I have seen with the posted live of Amel singing of the song. She does better keeping it original like the album version. Too much changing of the song especially adding vocal gymnastics can add to oversinging or under singing of the song.

well I noticed that he dumped her because she is light skin, and he moved on to work with Brandy, Toni Braxton and Mary J. Blige who are dark skin. Groove Theory youtube video has 70 million. Making me High video has 61 million. Then he worked with Brandy... which album flopped and only sold 214,000 copies in the United States and youtube video 700,000 views. Mary J. Blige - Don't Walk Away (1997) with 70,000 views. Then he worked with Makeda Davis, a dark skin black woman... and the Groove Theory failed in 2001. If he had kept working with Amel Larrieux, maybe he would've make multi million dollars by now. But oh well.
