Ben & Erin are my favorite couple in home renovation. I think the big reason is they don't bring a lot of drama in their redo. When something comes up unexpectedly, they try very hard to fix it without destroying the budget of the folks. I used to work construction after I got discharged from the Navy until I had to stop due to my disabilities. I understand what they have to deal with when renovating these homes and how important it is. I've watched a lot of shows like this and it's easily the best I've ever seen. I've also had my left rotator cuff repaired and rebuilt so I know what Ben has faced and am glad that he's recovered so well and that they're family is doing so well. Thank you to all the Napiers and their other family members.

Due to some difficult circumstances I have missed the show this last year. But to hear they are( or have been) in Sebring, FL……i am florida born and raised in Lakeland and have been in Sebring for the last 6 years taking care of my mother. i never missed an episode of HomeTown til last year but I will somehow catch up and stay current from now on….such a blessed couple. Wish there were many more wanting to go back to a towns roots rather than all the glitz and glam we see nowadays. Im sorry, but who needs a 10 or 20,000 square foot home for a regular family?

I love old houses. I love their craftsmanship, their charm and millwork, porches, arches and attention to detail that newer homes lack. I love to see them restored and preserved. Ben and Erin have a lot of respect for these old homes and don’t strip them of their charm and style while trying to bring them back to their former glory. So many neighborhoods in America are being mowed to the ground and history disappears as the new construction takes over. I love that Ben and Erin value history and save so many of these wonderful homes. Besides being delightful people to watch, I love that they value the wholesomeness of their small town living and its slower pace of life. Neighbors know each other and know the value of community. The charm of the show is the preservation of the heart of America and a way of life that is rapidly disappearing. I also love the respect and tolerance towards others that’s displayed in their show. Laurel feels like a safe place to live because of how Ben and Erin introduce their neighbors and highlight their skills and contributions that knit this community together. It’s more than a fix-it show. It’s a comforting restoration of a bygone era when America was kinder, worked hard and valued simpler things. I love this show! Ben and Erin put Laurel on the map!

Yes, I had it. Fell off my bike & tore the main tendon & 3 ligaments from the bone when I was 46. A very painful, slow recovery. All good now & I'm 63, but definitely some arthritis but not constant pain...just gnarly shoulder from 2 surgeries...lol.

My husband and I both love this show. I have never been disappointed at the end result. I truly hope they don’t over extend themselves or only start doing larger and more expensive properties like some others from HGTV have. Please stick with the small town and lower to moderate income families like you started with. Large whole community projects that benefit so many are great. I hope the projects stay balanced and not just for the wealthy. I would love for the show to continue for many seasons.

I have been watching Hometown since the beginning. I love Ben and Erin. It's my favorite show and my favorite TV couple. My husband starred watching it also. He said he loves how they will save or donate pieces that are still worth saving or in fair condition or Ben is so good at fixing or rebuilding what's broken and return it to the house it came from in better condition than it was. Ben is a wonderful craftsman. And Erin has awesome ideas and her use of putting colors together that always go together so well. I wish if when they come to Florida, maybe I can have them work on my 45 year old home in Hudson. Love their ideas.
