I love your channel brother. Very good content. I will give you a bit of knowledge though on this engine. ( I build them everyday at Toyota in Georgetown KY) you have the first version of the 2AZ-FE which is basically a larger version of the 1AZ. Your pistons will continue to do what they did in this video unless you put forged pistons in it, or unless you just get your car retuned to run on E85. The upside to the pistons is that you wouldn’t need another tune and you could actually give it more boost if you upgrade the lbs rating on your valve springs and get a higher grade retainer. The down side is your pistons will still get very hot and may do the same thing( worse case scenario). The upside with the E85 is that it burns very cool which will help with those pistons getting hot. And you might be able to run more boost without having to forge your bottom end of your engine. Sorry if I sound like a know it all. ( Just want to see the killer Camry live long) I love your channel once again my guy!!

Thanks 🙏🏾🙏🏾 yeah so i do have a built motor already , currently rebuilding for a second time , i already have forge pistons , rods , upgraded 272 bc cams , bc springs and retainers upgraded valves . Now I’m just getting a new block and putting everything back together soon

@@ShaneVlogss If you can find yourself a dremel kit with a decent set of bits and sand paper tubes, you should be able to smoothen out the ports and port match them. By lining up the gasket on the head and the intake manifold , that should give you a reference point of what you need to do. Think about it brother!

Sorry for the late response , and i have Bryan crower springs and retainers , and the rest of the head is stock , you can buy the springs retainers and also get upgraded valves and bc cams to have a fully built head

if your going through all this work to build it right i really hope you take the car to a very reputable tuner. i saw ur last dyno tune video and that shop seemed very unprofessional and shitty. i honeatly think your motor would still be running if you got a really good tune. im not sure where u live but looks like florida, maybe set something up with jack cecil at HP Logic hes one of the best tuners in florida. cant wait to see the progression man. 🤘🤘

Patrick Groves yeah I’d olive in Florida, and my tuner is reputable he’s really good but it was my mistake for this happening because i was tuned for 5psi, then i added a bigger fuel pump and my tuner said to take it easy but i didn’t and i put it up to 13psi but it was running fine till the map sensor popped off mid pull and leaned the car out

Well for the oil pan i dont really know where you can find it but mostly all engines that are build for turbo or for high rpm mostly track cars or drift cars have a bigger custom oil pan they make it of aluminum
